“My daughter-in-law must sometimes think I’m an invalid,” says David jokingly, “But the truth is, with the keypad on this phone I don’t press two keys at a time like I did with my last one.” At 74, David Burdett of Maidenhead in Berkshire, England is far from being an invalid. “I don’t like sitting at home reading books and such,” he says emphatically, “I have too much to do! I prefer being out gardening, hunting small game like pheasants and rabbits, or fly-fishing!”

When I take it out I sometimes get asked ‘What kind of phone is that?’ and I tell them. My hearing isn’t 100% any more, but I have no problem having conversations on this phone.
